RPG takes great pride in having many years of experience in welding some of the more challenging alloys that include: 9% chrome, super-duplex, inconel, chrome moly, hastelloy and others. RPG offers welding services that fit our customers particular needs. Occasionally we get requests to provide weld technicians under the staff augmentation model, and are performing tasks under the leadership of the plant. Our immediate goal is to give the customer the assurance we are there to work as a team. No one knows or is more concerned about the plant’s integrity or inner workings than the owner. We are there to assist, perform and leave with an open door until the next time we are called. Again, relationships are an integral part of our company vision.
Welding services are also performed on a firm price platform. We have developed this approach increasingly with customers that have worked with us in the past and capitalize on our experience, freeing them to place their attention on other projects or plant concerns. With a specific component, system replacement or repair, this can be an attractive alternative. Regardless of the approach, RPG will perform with the same enthusiasm and dedication to safety, quality and schedule. One of our goals is to continue to develop tomorrows work force. Welder training is very important to us as a company and we believe our customers are seeing more and more value in developing local talent. Good for them, good for the community.
