Kenny Middleton has 28 years in the Construction industry responsible for field and shop oversight, including budgets, estimating, new product development, automatic welding equipment design, human resources, reviewing and placement of all field management staffing, and craft placement. He worked 10 years with Carolina Energy Solutions as the Operations Manager and later as Welding and Construction Manager for other large EPC Contractors. His responsibilities included completing and estimating quotes for turnkey welding and machining projects, implementation of company welding programs, (ASME “S”, “U”, & “PP” and NBIC “R” Code stamps), programs and certificates. Kenny has managed field projects in the U.S. from nuclear piping, MSR and feed-water heater replacements to main steam, hot reheat and complete tube replacements on conventional power plants. Extensive experience and involvement with turbine retrofits and turbine center line projects for piping and bearing installations to ensure proper alignment whether new builds or re-piping for existing steamers. Kenny’s main priorities are God, his family and his church – in that order. With two kids in college, his beautiful wife and as the men’s ministry leader of First Church Charlotte, his days/nights seem to be never ending but wouldn’t trade a minute of it for anything. Now as a part of Riley Power Group, his goal is to put his focus and drive into helping the RPG Team continue growing and becoming the contractor and employer of choice in the welding and machining industry.
