- Work with Union Halls, NCCER Certification and Client Training organization to provide qualified craft
Staff Augmentation for Client Professional Openings
- RPG establishes high standards for experience and qualifications when filling openings.
- Focus with Client on those critical position attributes that enable safe, event free, 1st time quality work that achieves client’s cost and schedule requirements.

- 7 Recruiters with subject matter expertise of skills and qualifications required of candidates, combined 115 years relevant industry recruiting experience.
- Oversight by Staffing Director that recently managed $100M staffing organization with 20 years’ experience.
- An extensive database that includes:
- Project Managers, Supervisors, Planners, Schedulers, Project Control Managers, clerical and other support staffing
- Union and open shop specialty welding / machining craft
- Union and open shop Technician I&C and Valve Services
- Other open shop craft as requested by client
